Sares Regis Group is pleased to announce the purchase of 11 acres in Thousand Oaks’ Rancho Conejo industrial area. The project will encompass two industrial tech buildings totaling approximately 190,000 square feet. The buildings will be divisible to 20,000 square feet.
With groundbreaking anticipated mid-2020, Sares Regis Group will be using the same finishes in this development as those used in their Conejo Spectrum project, the adjacent 500,000 square feet industrial park which was sold to Rexford Industrial in 2018 for a record price.

Sares Regis Group was represented on the purchase by Tom Dwyer and Michael Slater of CBRE, Inc. Bennett Robinson of CBRE, Inc. will be marketing the project for lease with Tom Dwyer and Michael Slater.
