SRG Residential has been awarded management of Solaire, a 33-story, Class-A tower with 409 apartments in downtown San Francisco. Solaire represents SRG Residential’s entry into the high-rise market in one of the world’s greatest cities.
This segment is highly competitive and difficult to break into. We had a great team of people, all committed to winning this deal. A careful survey of the submarket gave us data-driven insights into opportunities for the property in the market and relative to its competition. SRG Residential was positioned as California-based local experts and the company’s long experience in the San Francisco market was highlighted.
In the end, SRG secured the management agreement and transitioned the property in record time, within two weeks of the final commitment. The addition of Solaire will make SRG an attractive competitor for other premium downtown properties.
