SRG Commercial Property Services had the unique opportunity to reposition a 381,811 SF industrial space on W. Artesia in Compton, CA after 42 years of occupancy. The 1970’s vintage building has been brought up to 2020 standards, and a 10-year lease was secured during construction and ahead of schedule.
SRG Commercial Property Services made significant improvements including adding 22 dock positions, new Early Suppression Fast Response (ESFR) sprinkler system and expanding the truck court by 20’ to 130’.
