SRG Commercial Property Services worked closely with acquisitions on due diligence for this 61,308 SF facility on Springdale Street in Huntington Beach, CA. Once escrow closed, the location was transformed from a 1970’s metal fabrication manufacturer into a state-of-the-art medical device assembly and distribution building.
Improvements to this space include a new Early Suppression Fast Response (ESFR) sprinkler system, LED lighting in the office and warehouse, drought-tolerant landscaping, and a contemporary 15,000 SF two-story office.
