SRG Fund III has acquired Allure Apartments in Denver, CO. This value-add community is located on 12.5 acres at 1300 S. Willow Street, 8 miles southeast of downtown, within 2 miles of dining and retail options. South Havana Street retail, including Costco and Target stores, is a short jaunt to the east. Completed in 2002, Allure is comprised of one- and two-bedroom apartments and townhomes. Regional Manager Jennifer Nessett says, "This is a secluded property off the main streets.
