SRG Residential has been awarded management of LINQ, a 230 unit apartment community by client Stockbridge, for whom SRG has been managing Etta apartments in San Francisco. LINQ includes a mix of studio, 1, and 2-bedroom units, with community amenities such as a mezzanine room with billiards, coffee lounge, fitness/yoga studios, and sky deck.
LINQ is strategically located within walking distance of the upcoming Berryessa/North San Jose BART Station. It will be the first BART station ever built in San Jose. This prime location, along with a rich amenity package, including retail such as Bill's Café on-site, makes LINQ an attractive choice for San Jose professionals. LINQ will further benefit from SRG's planned amenity refresh.
