SRG Residential has broken ground on our first new project in the Denver area in many years. The Wright, located at Arapahoe Road and Potomac Street, will consist of 203 apartments in three-story walk-up buildings with a large amenity and leasing center. The community features a mix of 1, 2, and 3-bedroom units, some with direct access garages. Exterior amenities include a pool and spa, a dog run, a playground, and barbecues. Interior amenities include a clubhouse, gaming, a media lounge, a conference room, and a fitness center.
Dave Powers, Sr. VP of Development for SRG Residential, says, “The grading efforts have gone well, and underground utilities are starting at the first building, the main amenity building, and the leasing center. Building in winter conditions in Denver is new to our Southern California development team, but so far we’ve only experienced a few snow days that have impacted construction.”
