SRG Residential has been awarded management of The Ventana Apartments in Playa Vista, CA by investment management firm Invesco.
Several communities on the Westside of Los Angeles, including Playa Vista, have been dubbed “Silicon Beach” by residents and the press, due to their concentration of established tech companies and fresh start-ups. Playa Vista is home to offices for Google (with new offices once occupied by Howard Hughes’ famous aircraft, the Spruce Goose), YouTube, and trendy smaller companies like The Honest Company.
The Ventana is a 405-unit community, and offers prospective residents a choice between its classic 1, 2, or 3-bedroom Mediterranean-style “Ventana Villas”, or 1 or 2-bedroom contemporary “Flats at Ventana” apartment homes.
