Andrea Le Claire

Commercial accounting and financial reporting are directed by Ms. Andrea LeClaire.  Ms. LeClaire has over thirty years of real estate accounting experience and has worked extensively with multiple accounting software and hardware programs.  SARES•REGIS Group’s financial reporting capabilities include state-of-the-art programs, along with a staff focused on accuracy, efficiency, strong internal controls and timely reporting.  Accounting capabilities include J.D. Edward’s, MRI, and Yardi reporting packages over several product types.  The system is designed to adapt to specific client requirements by full utilization and vital access to accounting and financial data for all personnel.
