Brian Cazares

Brian Cazares joined Sares Regis Group in 2015 as the Sr. Vice President of Construction Operations for Sares Regis Group Contractors L.P. Mr. Cazares brings over 25 years of professional experience in all facets of high density residential and mixed use construction, with an emphasis on podium and wrap construction. He is extremely proficient in assembling teams and managing multiple projects with the philosophy of starting with the end in mind. Mr. Cazares’s career has specialized on development pre-construction, plan conflict coordination, budget assembly, project management, contract dispute resolution, budget management, appropriate valued engineering, and project closeout. He has fostered strong relationships with major sub-contractors in the multifamily industry throughout his career.

Prior to joining Sares Regis Group, Mr. Cazares was a project executive focused on residential, commercial, retail, industrial and multifamily product types. Mr. Cazares has a broad range of business experience with several developers and general contractors including The Hanover Company, D.R. Horton and Wermers multifamily/Shea Properties.
