Cheryl Todd

Ms. Todd serves as General Manager for Commercial Property Services for Sares Regis Group. She joined the company in 2021 and directs property management for a portfolio covering Orange and San Bernardino counties. Ms. Todd brings over 30 years of experience in asset and property management of industrial, office and retail properties for institutional clients including developers and property owners. Ms. Todd holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Cal State Fullerton, California Real Estate Broker’s license and Institute of Real Estate Management Certified Property Manager and CCIM Institute Commercial Certified Investment Member designations.
