Chris Casciola

Chris Casciola joined Sares Regis Group in April of 2001, as a financial analyst.  Mr. Casciola has a degree in business administration from the University of Arizona where he majored in finance and economics.  He was promoted to Vice President, Finance, overseeing all the accounting functions for the development division and SRG Contractors, including project feasibility analysis and cash flow projections through closeout of both apartment and residential for-sale developments. Mr. Casciola is currently overseeing $1.1 billion dollars in total volume.

Prior to joining Sares Regis Group, he worked in the real estate industry for several years evaluating retail, industrial, hotel and apartment properties for possible refinance and/or purchase.
