Christian Santos

Christian Santos serves as Development Director at Sares Regis Group where he manages the day-to-day development of multiple residential projects spanning due diligence, entitlements, design, construction, and leasing.

Mr. Santos joined Sares Regis Group in August 2014 and is focused on new development activity throughout Southern California.

Prior to joining Sares Regis Group, Mr. Santos was an Architect with design and construction firms in California and Boston where he worked on entitlements, planning, design and construction of various product types including single family homes, retail, and institutional/civic projects. Mr. Santos has a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture from Columbia University, a Master’s Degree in Architecture from Harvard University, and a Master’s Degree in Real Estate Development from the University of Southern California.
