Dimitri Angelakis

Dimitri Angelakis has over 20 years’ experience in the construction industry in various sectors including Heavy Highway, Public Works Buildings, Site Work, Multifamily Apartments - Condominiums, Low Income SRO renovations, Tilt-up, and Ground Up Commercial Construction. Dimitri leads SRG Contractors Preconstruction Department and is responsible for managing construction estimates and budgets for new construction ground-up multifamily projects. His team is responsible for GMP efforts, establishing and maintaining trade partner relations, tracking–developing unit costs for conceptual estimates, provide value engineering solutions and assist the construction team with potential change orders and contract buyout.

Dimitri joined Sares Regis Group in April 2017, was promoted to Director of Preconstruction in January 2018, and in 2020 was promoted to Vice President of Preconstruction. Prior, he served as a Senior Estimator at Snyder Langston Residential, Estimator at Oltmans Construction and Mark Company in Southern California. Dimitri holds Undergraduate and Graduate Degrees in Civil Engineering from Wayne State University in Detroit MI.
