Janine Padia

Janine Padia works alongside the management team on entitlements, construction and special projects for Sares Regis Group’s commercial and industrial developments in Southern California.   

Ms. Padia has over 30 years’ experience in all aspects of commercial real estate including brokerage, property management, leasing, finance, acquisitions and dispositions.  Former employers include Blackstone Group, First Winthrop Corp., and Trammell Crow Company.  She began her career as an accountant with KPMG (formerly Peat, Marwick, and Mitchell) and Ernst & Young (formerly Kenneth Leventhal & Co.) and still holds a CPA license in the State of California.

Ms. Padia received her B.S. degree in Accounting and an M.B.A. from the University of Southern California.  She is a licensed real estate broker in the states of California, Arizona, Oregon and Washington.
