John Pinnell

John Pinnell is Development Director for Sares Regis Group with more than 10 years of real estate experience. Since joining Sares Regis Group in 2015, Mr. Pinnell has engaged in deal sourcing, entitlement, design, and construction management for Sares Regis Group’s multifamily development portfolio. His current focus is the acquisition and capital sourcing of new multifamily development opportunities in Southern California.

Mr. Pinnell has a diverse background in the real estate industry. He held multiple roles for Bank of America’s commercial real estate lending platform spanning construction loan origination through asset management, was an acquisitions manager for Flatiron Energy Partners where he completed the acquisition of 900 mineral acres across 30 transitions, and worked as a market analyst for a leading commercial real estate market research firm in Austin, TX.

Mr. Pinnell holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas a Master’s Degree in Real Estate Development from the University of Southern California.
