Octavio Tomas

Octavio Tomas is a Senior Property Manager with Commercial Management for Sares Regis Group. He joined the company in July 2019 and has direct management of a portfolio of industrial properties throughout Southern California. Octavio is responsible for day-to-day management and operations of the portfolio, he has approximately 16 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry and brings a unique skill set to property management, having worked his way up the ranks from Administrator to Industrial Senior Property Manager. Octavio is an IREM Certified Property Manager (CPM) and holds an active California Real Estate license.
