Patrick Russell

Patrick Russell is responsible for the development and construction of Sares Regis Group’s commercial and industrial projects in Southern California. He has over 30 years’ experience in the planning and development of commercial investment real estate within the Western United States.

Prior to joining Sares Regis Group, Mr. Russell was Vice President of Development with CarrAmerica REIT for seven years, and regional architect with MetLife Real Estate Investments for eight years. Mr. Russell received a Bachelor of Architecture Degree from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo and Masters of Real Estate Development Degree from the University of Southern California. Mr. Russell is a licensed architect, and LEED AP certified professional.
