Sandy Pedersen

Sandy Pedersen oversees the Orange County and Los Angeles markets. Ms. Pedersen is skillful in leading and developing teams to maximize rent growth, increase customer satisfaction and retention, and ensure keen understanding of competitive product and overall market conditions. Ms. Pedersen’s extensive experience in property renovations including selection of assets and plan establishment.

Ms. Pedersen joined Sares Regis Group in 2013 with over 20 years of property management experience. Her previous experience includes serving as Vice President of Operations at Archstone overseeing a total of 9,000 units, consisting of 26+ assets, including lease-up communities, where she established a strategic direction to consistently exceed industry benchmarks and company expectations.  Ms. Pedersen served on Board of Directors of CAA-South Coast from 2008-2013.
