Tina West

Tina West leads the Client Advisory Group’s efforts to develop strategic, third-party management relationships nationally while also focusing on growing SRG Residential’s property management footprint in existing markets such as Texas, Arizona, Utah, Colorado, and Nevada.

West earned her Bachelor of Science in Organizational Management and MBA in Finance from Vanguard University. A 35-year multi-family veteran, she joins SRG Residential after serving as Executive Managing Director at Cushman & Wakefield, where she oversaw operations in the western region, including 110,000 units in thirteen markets, and was awarded Top 100 nationally within the global firm year over year for performance and execution.
